On March 25th, Giza Governor General Ahmed Rashed held a meeting with Mr Robert Valk, CEO of Renergy Group Partners and Green Tech Egypt, to discuss the progress of the Waste-to-Energy project in Abu Rawash, Giza.
During the meeting, Mr Valk provided updates on the project’s status, stating that the preliminary designs, including architecture, boilers, turbines, electrical specifications, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and water and sewerage systems, are completed.
Mr Valk reached a noteworthy milestone by handing over all project drawings to Governor General Ahmed Rashed, signifying progress in the project implementation. General Ahmed Rashed expressed his support for the project and assured that he would closely monitor the forthcoming steps.
